Ultrahigh-Pressure Waterjetting (UHP)

Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. utilizes a wide variety of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) equipment to meet our clients industrial cleaning requirements.  We possess the latest UHP technology with capabilities to 40,000 psi, which allow us to accomplish almost any industrial cleaning or coating removal application. We are capable of servicing refineries, power plants, factories, shipyards, towers, storage tanks, pipelines, highways, and airports.

Ultrahigh-Pressure Waterjetting UHPUHP can often be an environmentally and cost effective alternative to abrasive blasting on lead abatement projects. Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. utilizes water catchment and filtration systems, which remove heavy metal contamainents and allow for the reuse of water in cleaning operations.  The costs of hazardous waste removal are greatly reduced, as is the use of water.

Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. has ten 40,000 psi pumps with a maximum flow rate of 6.5 gpm. These pumps are ideal for coating removal and cleaning of tanks, towers, ships, power plants, refineries, factories, etc.

Our 36,000 psi pump with a maximum flow rate of 12.5 gpm is a rubber removal unit specifically designed to clean airport runways and aprons.

Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. has a 20,000 psi pump with a maximum flow rate of 54 gpm. A Conjet Robot & Jet Frame accessory are used for concrete hydro-demolition and surface preparation on structures such as dams, bridge decks, piers, parking garages, sewer tunnels, etc.

Our three three 10,000 psi pumps with a maximum flow rate of 23 gpm are suited for the cleaning of condensers, tool bundles, boiler washers and give Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. the capability for complete turnarounds of power plants and refineries.

Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. uses a 10,00 psi truck-mounted pump with a vacuum system for paint stripe removal on runways, roadways, and parking lots.
